The hanging planter also comes with an inorganic plant substrate, which has been made from zeolites, NPK-enriched fertilizers and lava, essential for optimum growth of your plants.
This planter can also be used as an indoor/outdoor plant pot. The drain plug provided in this Lechuza Balconera Planter helps in removing clogged water when kept outdoors. Sophisticated and modern, the trough planter has a rectangular top, which is ideal for holding violas, orchids and other house plants.
The hanging planter is perfect for people who love plants but are not avid gardeners, or for people who cant invest much time into watering and pruning plants. The planter also comes with a specially formulated granular material Lechuza PON, which is rich in lava, pumice and zeolites. There isnt any requirement of the additional potting mix.
Classic system
Simply place the plant with LECHUZA-PON in the planter liner or directly in the planter.
LECHUZA planters consist of an external and an internal pot. Pots are different in height and due to this difference, a space is formed inside – a container for water.
There are drainage holes in the inner pot through which the water flows into the substrate. LECHUZA-PON draws moisture from a water tank.
A wet zone forms. For the first three weeks, the plant leaves its roots in the wet zone and begins to take the optimal amount of water and fertilizers for itself.
Wick system
Quick and simple, the wick allows you to keep small plants in their pots when planting them in the planter.

Returns and Refund
- You have the legal right to refund if you return your faulty item within 30 days of receiving it.
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace LECHUZA planters under warranty if they are defective or damaged within the warranty period 1 year.
You must follow our planting instructions you receive with your order confirmation. Otherwise, a warranty claim could be declined
Collection orders customers will be called when the item is allocated to our Dunstable warehouse for collection. If you require a next day collection, please call first before ordering, we are distributed over 4 hubs and not all stock is allocated to the collection warehouse
